Executed and designed projects include large residential area layouts; commercial, institutional, office, and hospital complexes; and residential projects. Interior work includes offices, restaurants, and high-end residential interiors. He is a Principal Architect at Professionals for Planning, Architecture, and Landscape, Delhi. He completed his B.Arch in Architecture from MIT, Manipal, in 1992.

Possesses more than 26 years of experience in architecture, construction, and interior design. She has been the Principal Architect and Interior Designer for various projects, including residential, institutional, commercial, and hospital developments. She has extensive experience in sustainable building practices and is the lead architect for a LEED Platinum–rated building currently under construction. She is the Principal Architect at Professionals for Planning, Architecture, and Landscape, Delhi. She completed her B.Arch in Architecture from CEPT, Ahmedabad, in 1992.

Ruchi Kapoor

With over 16 years of expertise in project planning, design management, and execution across residential, hospitality, corporate, and fit-out industries, he has led the execution of over 50 residential and commercial projects, covering more than 2 million square feet of commercial space across major cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin, and Delhi. Previously, Pratik served as Project Coordinator and Head of Design at Narsi & Associates for over 14 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Interior Design from the St. Francis Institute of Art & Design, completed in 2008.

Pratik Vaghela

With close to eight years of experience as an Environmental Manager, he has extensive expertise in auditing and evaluating environmental compliance against international benchmarks for large infrastructure assets. His work includes managing remediation, revegetation, and research programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Environmental Engineering, from the University of Guelph, Canada.
